Assistant Floor Manager

Overview: Be part of our team as an Assistant Floor Manager, ensuring top-notch safety, quality, and production during your shift. Manage and mentor your team while collaborating with various departments to uphold operational excellence.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Augusta, GA
  • Pay: $19.30/hr
  • Shift: 7PM - 7AM (12-hour rotating shifts)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Attend safety meetings, ensure PPE and GMP compliance, and complete audit sheets.
  • Quality: Communicate schedules, verify batch codes, handle HACCP paperwork, and conduct quality checks.
  • Production: Lead, train, and guide team members; troubleshoot machinery; develop safety and production programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills: Previous experience leading a team of employees in a manufacturing environment
  •  Mechanically inclined and able to trouble shoot machinery
  •  Strong communication and documentation skills required
  • Desired Experience: Production or manufacturing background, knowledge of quality standards.
