Assistant Warehouse Manager – Direct Hire Opportunity

Join a well-established, fast-paced distribution center serving a dynamic consumer goods brand. We're partnering with a leading manufacturer to find an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager for their Chino, CA operation.

Direct Hire opportunity
Location: Chino CA 91708
Schedule: Mon-Fri day shift
Salary: $75k

In this key role, you'll support day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You'll also assist with staffing, layout planning, safety compliance, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and wants to grow with a high-performing operation.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse team members
  • Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
  • Ensure equipment, racking, and layout support safety and efficiency
  • Handle timecard submissions, temp staffing coordination, and onboarding
  • Support a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety practices
  • Forklift experienced and certified (or willing to renew)
  • Proficient with warehouse systems and general computer skills
  • Able to lead by example and drive results
