What's a typical day as Associate Technician Production? You'll be: • Performing a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment, primarily printing panels • Loading and unloading panels onto and from production equipment and handling materials using carts, lifts, and pallet jacks • Accurately recording information and maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements • Supporting daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment • Maintaining up-to-date training records and assisting with the training of new employees • Following Company, Site, and Department procedures, reporting to the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager • Maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and standard work instructions • Communicating safety, quality, or production issues immediately to the appropriate level
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely • Are physically able to frequently stand, bend, kneel, lift, and sit, and can lift up to 25 lbs using proper techniques • Can maneuver assembly components repetitively and efficiently, supporting safety and quality goals • Are committed to maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards • Are willing to support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas • Possess good communication skills and can promptly report any issues • Can adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a team
