Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Training & Development professional for Juncos, PR starting at $20.66ph to join our team. Under general supervision, you will work closely with assigned client groups to assess and meet their training needs, ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with assigned clients in their work environment to understand and assess specific training needs.
  • Communicate client training needs to local training management effectively.
  • Deliver tailored training solutions to meet the specific needs of assigned clients.
  • Ensure effective delivery of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory training as required by client groups.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and transfers, facilitating their transition from training environments to work environments.
  • Offer guidance to clients on compliance and regulatory issues to maintain operational integrity.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR
  • Associate's degree with 4 years of directly related experience; OR
  • High School diploma/GED with 6 years of directly related experience.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Demonstrates understanding of the company's business and culture, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move lab equipment, chairs, tables, room dividers, and audio/visual equipment (up to 35 pounds, 4 feet high) for training setups.
  • Strong customer service orientation and influencing skills to identify performance needs directly with client staff.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish, with strong technical writing skills in both languages.
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in delivering training directly to clients.
  • Training may involve handling potentially hazardous materials and/or equipment.
