Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is excited to recruit 2 new Automotive Arbitration Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will evaluate, manage, and negotiate incoming cases related to Lemon Law and breach of warranty issues.

**A completed Bachelor's Degree is required for this position**

This is a full-time onsite position paying $27.80/hour with generous benefits, and includes the opportunity to work from home on Fridays (post-training). Ready to make a difference? Read on!

What You'll Do as an Automotive Arbitration Specialist:
  • Case Evaluation: Assess incoming cases relating to alleged Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Review and adjudicate cases while adhering to lawful guidelines and best practices.
  • Appointment Coordination: As needed, schedule appointments between dealers, customers, and factory representatives to facilitate issue resolution and minimize arbitration.
  • Negotiation: Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate settlements and repurchases directly with consumers, dealers, and regional personnel.
  • Representation: Present compelling arguments at BBB Auto Line arbitration hearings to defend Nissan North America, Inc. in Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty cases.
  • Compliance Management: Process voluntary and mandated repurchases/replacements within the required timeframes for each state to avoid financial penalties.

What We're Looking For:
We seek a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who excels in conflict resolution and negotiation. If you have strong decision-making skills and a passion for customer advocacy, you may be the perfect fit!

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience is required; experience as an automotive claims adjuster, in case management, or arbitration is preferred.
  • Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge, proven customer interaction abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
