B2B Account Executive, Supply Chain

Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to help build out our client's Supply Chain & Merchant Services capabilities. As an Account Executive, you will be a driving force in expanding Supply Chain services by connecting restaurant partners with our innovative grocery solutions to support their food supply needs.
In this role, you'll identify and cultivate relationships with restaurant operators, showcasing the value and convenience of using our client's platform to streamline their inventory and procurement processes. You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, employing a consultative approach to understand each partner's unique challenges and tailor solutions that drive their success. Your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, building a robust sales pipeline, solving merchant pain points and challenges, and ensuring we retain our customers using our product. You'll be joining a fast-growing team at the onset of our go-to-market in this vertical. The focus area will initially be in 1 metro area but will quickly expand as we refine our offering.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales (preferably 2-5 years of experience), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with, and interest in the food service industry are preferred. By joining our client, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how restaurants source their supplies while contributing to the growth of an exciting new business vertical.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $40 – $43/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
