Position Title: Beer Picker - Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 4 PM with flexibility for shifts up to 10 hours Compensation: $18 per hour Overview:

The Beer Picker role involves consistent lifting and requires meticulous attention to detail, along with mandatory experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). Responsibilities include managing materials per company guidelines, achieving performance targets through product scanning, and constructing pallets using power equipment. Flexibility is needed to handle tasks related to inventory control, shipping and receiving, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular and efficient lifting to meet performance objectives.
  • Build and secure loads with precision.
  • Verify pallet accuracy post-audit and handle orders for quality assurance.
  • Utilize technology for product replenishment.
  • Complete daily equipment checklists and report any safety concerns.
  • Uphold security, cleanliness, and safety within the facility.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proven experience with Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is required.
  • Preferably six months of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and math.
  • Familiarity with technology and product handling.
Working Environment:
  • Work in areas without temperature control, occasionally in refrigerated sections, with moderate noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
  • Consistent, dependable attendance.
  • Operation of pallet jacks/forklifts.
  • Capable of standing, walking, frequently lifting (up to 50 lbs), and regularly handling products.
  • Vision abilities to accommodate various distances.
