Job Title: Beer Quality Control w/ Forklift Experience 
Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, starting at 8:00AM-5:00PM  Job Summary Join our Savannah logistics operation as a Wine, Spirits, and Beer Replenisher. This essential role is responsible for picking and replenishing wine, spirits, and beer products using a cherry picker and other powered equipment. You will work with United technology to scan, verify, and move inventory, ensuring safety, sanitation, and security throughout our facility. Flexibility to assist with inventory control and preparing shipments is required. Responsibilities

  • Receive and follow daily assigned task sheets
  • Scan and verify product type, size, and quantity using United technology
  • Operating at heights (using cherry picker/power equipment) to pick products by hand
  • Move cases/bottles for replenishment following designated procedures
  • Complete quality assurance documents for inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, product rotation, and security
  • Assist with physical inventories as needed
  • Complete and submit daily power equipment checklists
  • Report safety and mechanical issues in writing
  • Safely and efficiently operate all equipment
  • Keep work areas neat, clean, and safe
  • Assist with the security of the facility
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Six months' experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Experience operating cherry picker, pallet jack, forklift, and other equipment (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and work with basic technology
  • Familiarity with inventory and quality control processes
Working Conditions
  • Frequent work at heights, must wear safety harness
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a non-temperature-controlled environment (heat, humidity, weather exposure)
  • Occasional work in refrigerated areas
  • Moderate to loud noise, dust, and equipment fumes
Physical Requirements
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Frequent operation of power equipment at heights
  • Ability to lift 50–65 lbs and perform overhead lifting
  • Extended standing, walking, reaching, and handling throughout the shift
  • Good balance required for work at heights
  • Specific vision abilities (close, distance, depth-perception, distance judgment)
