Job Title: Bilingual Benefits Representative

Location: Menands, NY

Duration: 4 months temp-to-perm

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $25/hour

About Us:
This non-for-profit organization provides access to essential medical services and medications, bridging the gap between Medicaid and private insurance and supporting individuals transitioning to Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and triage Spanish-language calls on the program's eligibility hotline
• Process applications for program enrollment
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish
