Pay Rate: $23/hr
Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays
*This role is ON-SITE at the client location

What's a typical day as a bilingual Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Providing superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment.
- Taking ownership and handling callers' requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner.
- Quickly building rapport and responding to customers compassionately by identifying and exceeding their expectations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or currently pursuing one is preferred.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in a high-volume contact center.
- Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and a customer-focused mindset.
