Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant
Location: Houston, TX 77009
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have strong administrative and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position offering steady hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain and organize employee records and documentation

  • Translate documents and assist with verbal communication between HR and Spanish-speaking employees

  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR representative

  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

  • Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
