Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28-$30/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as a Billing Analyst? You'll be:
- Reviewing and analyzing contract information to set up projects in multiple systems, establishing customer and client accounting data.
- Coordinating project payment schedules and managing necessary backup documentation.
- Preparing and sending invoices related to contracts while ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Quarterly reconciliation of all projects and assigned general ledger accounts. Ledger/project adjustments as required
- Work with internal and external auditors on project audits
- Testing of current and new applications
- Participate and provide feedback when testing new applications
- Database Maintenance
 - Storage – Record and coordinate pickup/delivery of closed project records

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience (required). Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a financial, purchasing, or sourcing-based position, with heavy Excel usage required.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Word.
- Are self-reliant, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
