Billing Analyst

Job Specifications:

- Pay Rate: $26-28/hour (DOE)
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract information for project setup in various systems.
- Establish project payment schedules and coordinate necessary backup documentation.
- Prepare and send invoices related to contracts.
- Participate in credit release and revenue recognition calls.
- Reconcile and book revenue accurately.
- Conduct quarterly reconciliation of projects and general ledger accounts.
- Adhere to established accounting practices and policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors on project audits.
- Test and provide feedback on current and new applications.
- Maintain customer relationships for inquiries and credit releases.
- Manage database maintenance and storage of closed project records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma and 2-5 years of experience in financial, purchasing, or sourcing roles with significant Excel usage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Self-reliant, proactive, and project-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Capable of applying informed judgment in budget execution.
