As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and operational excellence of the Birmingham office. You'll play a key role in developing business, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery success.

Develop and execute branch strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters and support staff to meet performance metrics.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality staffing services across light industrial, professional, and niche markets.

Manage branch P&L, budgets, and financial performance.

Drive compliance with Kelly policies, processes, and procedures.

Represent Kelly in the local business community and act as an ambassador of our brand.

Proven leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related industry.

Strong track record of growing revenue and managing profitability.

3+ years of staffing industry experience preferred, with knowledge of light industrial and/or professional staffing.

Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Financial acumen and prior P&L responsibility.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
