Job Specifications

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Pay Rate: $17-$19 an hour
  • Shift: Day 8 am - 5 pm
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Accurately transfer and format data from the eProcurement system to the new archival system.
  • Review source data, verify data integrity, and ensure data accuracy throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with archival system administrators to resolve formatting and import issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure complete and accurate data capture in the new system.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security during all data handling activities.
  • Perform data extrapolations for key reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Provide data analysis and general support duties as required.
  • Monitor the University eProcurement email inbox; offer expert advice and troubleshoot system issues until resolved.
  • Foster effective relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operation of the eProcurement software.
  • Act as a liaison between Procurement, suppliers, customers, and Accounts Payable.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to State Procurement regulations and University policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma and three years of experience in computer systems and data analytics (Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for required experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Preferred: Four years of related experience in reporting analytics, database metrics, web-based programs, technical support, and data archival systems.
  • IT procurement experience, especially in public institutions or higher education, is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP operating systems and Jaggaer preferred.
  • Ability to perform a range of physical activities (details available upon request).
