Location: Stoughton, MA (100% On-Site)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)

Kelly Services has partnered with a premier company located in Stoughton, MA to find a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and wants to grow with a mission-driven organization.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers in a company program, providing important program information, clarifying documentation requirements, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to PCA program customers (consumers, surrogates, and personal care attendants)
- Provide clear and accurate program information
- Work collaboratively with Consumer Relations staff to address customer needs
- Accurately perform data entry using Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reporting procedures
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Ability to work professionally and compassionately with diverse populations
- Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
- High School Diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
