Job Title: Carflow Analyst
Location: Franklin, TN
Schedule: Monday – Thursday on site, 8 AM - 5 PM; Friday (Remote)
Pay Scale: $33.40 per hour
Company Overview:
Infiniti is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Carflow Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Nissan National and Regional Carflows while using existing database systems to update Carflows and generate supporting reports with monthly results
Job Functions:
The following job functions describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for this position.

  • Maintain accurate and timely reports for Nissan National and Regional Carflows, recording sales, wholesale, production, and shipping results from established sources and cross-functional teams.
  • Audit and review data for accuracy and omissions prior to monthly publication, contributing to building brand value and achieving sustainable profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with Nissan Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) teams and Sales Operations to generate accurate forecasts and support these functions with Carflow scenarios and various reports.
  • Work closely with Nissan Management teams to recommend optimal Carflow performance and communicate with Regional Production Planning and NML to submit production volume requests aligned with Carflow and CMM direction.
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and production volume requests to NML.
  • Assist the forecasting team with TIV/PTIV reports and analysis, including alternative powertrain breakouts, and maintain the creation of new reports.
  • Aid the Director of Vehicle Operations with various Carflow-related report generation on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Coordinate with CMM, Sales Operations, Distribution, and Finance to prepare and submit executive-level reports consistently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering results to executives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
  • Experience: A minimum of three to five years of related experience at a professional level is required. Previous experience in various specialties of the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree required
  • Computer Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of pivot tables, charts, VBA, and SQL queries.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and other PC applications.
