Location: Fort Worth, TX - Off FAA Blvd, South of DFW Airport
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Project-Based (Month-to-Month, Based on Performance)

Job Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cell Phone Refurbishers. In this role, you will inspect and test used cell phones to ensure they meet quality standards for resale. This is a hands-on position requiring technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Test and evaluate cell phones for functionality, cosmetic condition, and resale eligibility
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs if needed
• Reset and clear devices while ensuring all data is wiped
• Follow detailed inspection guidelines and document findings
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in electronics testing, refurbishment, or a similar field preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small electronic components
• Must successfully complete all onboarding requirements, including a background check and drug screen
