School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Serving a Forward-Focused School District in El Paso | 2025–2026 School Year

Are you a COTA who is passionate about supporting student independence and engagement through purposeful, student-centered care? We're seeking Independent Contractor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to partner with a school district in El Paso that is actively refocusing its mission and investing in leadership, equity, and whole-child success.

This district is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments that help every student thrive. As a COTA, you'll play a key role in helping students access their education by developing the skills they need to succeed in daily routines and school activities.

What You'll Do:
• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Support implementation of IEP-based goals through school-based interventions
• Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators and school-based teams to support functional student outcomes
• Promote student independence in fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and classroom participation
