Salary: $27.00 per hour Shift: 24/7 rotating shifts, all shifts and overtime, 12-hour rotating (Dupont schedule), shifts start/end at 6 AM/6 PM Why you should apply to be Chemical Operator:

What's a typical day as Chemical Operator? You'll be:
  • Operating major plant equipment and processes, including pumps, valves, filters, screens, compressors, and dryers
  • Maintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal operation
  • Operating a forklift and supporting logistics by loading/unloading trucks and rail cars
  • Keeping accurate records, interpreting instructions, and performing product quantity and quality testing
  • Identifying and reporting safety violations or concerns
  • Upholding excellent housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a production manufacturing environment (3 years as a chemical operator preferred)
  • Possess basic computer skills and SAP knowledge
  • Work well in a team and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Maintain good work habits regarding attendance, safety, and housekeeping
  • Are able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including overtime
  • Can lift and carry up to 55 lbs, work from heights or in contained areas, and wear required PPE such as face masks/shields
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
