Job Title: Client Account Coordinator
Location: West Sacramento, CA

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong multitasking abilities, is highly organized, is familiar with Excel, and is self-driven with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Summary:
The Client Account Coordinator (Client Services Specialist) is responsible for servicing clients by facilitating and coordinating all phases of service requirements, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client specifications for print, mail, fulfillment, and/or technology-based solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and proactively communicate with customers to provide accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Compare customer specifications to operational instructions, work orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements.
  • Prepare and provide accurate reports to clients and sales teams, and proactively communicate key milestones before, during, and after projects.
  • Assist Sales in the retention and growth of client programs, helping manage client relationships and communications.
  • Maintain active and effective communication between sales, operations, and clients through meetings, reviews, calls, and compiling reports/metrics.
  • Schedule and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with team members to distribute tasks and meet client deadlines.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college; plus 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
  • 2 years of experience in print, mail, fulfillment, or marketing is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan work effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; works collaboratively and shares information.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in completing work.
  • Customer Service or Project Management Certification is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and adjust focus while working at a computer.
  • Office-based work environment.
