Client Estimator
Pay: $50-70,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

We specialize in providing surface treatment and coating solutions for metal components used in various industries. These services may include electroplating, anodizing, polishing, and other finishing processes that improve durability, enhance appearance, and protect parts from corrosion and wear. Clients commonly include manufacturers in electronics, medical devices, automotive, and industrial sectors who require precision craftsmanship and strict quality standards for their products.

- Assuring that all customer requests and orders are serviced in a timely, efficient, and safe manner
- Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with plant staff and leadership to provide effective customer service and support
- Receiving and entering customer orders accurately, including electronic, web portal, and facsimile submissions
- Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers and escalating concerns as needed
- Assisting with maintaining up-to-date pricing for parts and facilitating purchase orders to production readiness
- Monitoring and following up on customer concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Preparing accurate estimates for customer RFQs and orders using existing cost templates
- Calculating component surface areas and precious metal usage based on blueprints and supplied formulas
- Preparing detailed quote packages for sales staff and entering information into the ERP system
- Reviewing monthly margin reports and performing contract review verification
- Traveling as necessary to customer facilities, trade shows, seminars, and more
- Have a minimum of a High School diploma (required)
- Hold a two-year degree or have a history in cost estimating (preferred)
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
- Have proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
