Clinical Data Analyst (Entry Level)
Boerne, TX
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in data analysis? We're seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to join our team and provide essential support to our Clinical Compliance and Laboratory teams. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a motivated professional with strong computer skills who is eager to begin a career in the pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Process and analyze clinical and laboratory data to create clear, readable investigative reports.
  • Rebate Processing: Reconcile data and set up contract rebates for various commercial agreements, including GPO Administrative Fees.
  • File Management: Conduct investigative processes for all EDI files, retrieve Medicaid and laboratory/clinical reports, and ensure they are sent out.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain daily laboratory database reports and pivot tables using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with the IT and Distribution departments to resolve issues related to end-of-day EDI transactions to ensure timely file transmission.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree with at least one year of experience in related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel, and experience with Oracle SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze, reconcile, and validate data with high accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams.

Job Details:
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, off on Fridays
  • Full-time
  • $20 per hour
  • Temp-to-Hire (3 months)
