Closed Parts Material Analyst – 2nd Shift

Join our team as a Closed Parts Material Analyst and help drive materials planning and inventory excellence in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for supply chain management and operational efficiency.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Whiteland, IN
  • Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
  • Shift: 2nd Monday – Friday, 2PM to 11PM (1-hour lunch)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Strictly adhere to all HSE standards, reporting any incidents or hazards and participating in required training.
  • Perform quality checks on material master data and work with Quality teams to address discrepancies.
  • Manage purchase/work orders to support production demand and participate in supplier allocation discussions.
  • Optimize order quantities, reposition excess inventory, and provide regular updates on inventory status and backorders.
  • Process part change requests, reconcile order boards, and ensure timely delivery schedules.
  • Audit incoming parts, validate part numbers and packaging, resolve receiver errors, and ensure accurate case processing.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems for material planning, apply PFEP principles, and support KPI and supply scheduling management.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in material planning, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability in inventory control, part changes, and root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills with Operations, Planning, and Quality teams.
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications in supply chain/logistics/business is a plus.
