Position: Backlog Coordinator – B2B Collections & Sales Tax
Duration: 3-Month Assignment
Pay: $28 – $30/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Hybrid: Work from home Thursdays and Fridays, Monday – Wednesday on-site.
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled professional to support backlog management related to B2B collections and sales tax. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in soft collections and workflow optimization, who is comfortable working with SAP or HighRadius systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Backlog Resolution: Prioritize and resolve collection and sales tax backlog issues, focusing on accounts 2–4 days or weeks past due (not exceeding 30+ days).
• Soft Calling Collections: Conduct professional B2B follow-up via phone and email—no medical collections involved.
• Process Improvement: Identify and address process bottlenecks to streamline operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to align backlog strategies and updates.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and interpret reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
• Experience with SAP or HighRadius is required
• B2B collections background; no medical collections
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
