Kelly is hiring for a communications Consultant for a 12-month contract role at Wilmington, DE 19803 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Communications Consultant
Primary Location: 200 Powder Mill Road, Wilmington, DE 19803
Shift: 8 am – 5 pm
12-month contract - Onsite role
Pay range: $25-29/hr

  • This newly created contractor position will work closely with Communications colleagues, as well as Marketing stakeholders to create key internal and external messaging and programs for the Health and Pharma Solutions business unit.  You will partner with colleagues and work independently to help bring objectives to life.  You will utilize various platforms to support our communications strategies.  You must have exceptional writing ability.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Write and edit copy for a variety of mediums including newsletters, intranet, brochures, blog articles, social media posts, PowerPoints etc.
  • Partner on internal communications strategies and content calendars
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and understand the communications landscape to develop compelling messages and deliverables for both internal and external efforts
  • Assist with town hall planning, management and execution
  • Assist with trade show preparation and logistics
  • Administer vendor relations and payment processes
  • Update/create PowerPoint decks
  • Manage timelines/deadlines
  • Lead special projects and programs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's of Science degree is required from an accredited college or university.  Preferred majors include journalism, communications, and English
  • Minimum three years of work experience
  • Software savvy
  • Microsoft Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills
  • Vendor management
  • Exceptional writing ability
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:
  • Communications and Marketing experience
  • Project Management
  • Business-to-business experience is a plus
