Why you should apply to this great opportunity

• Pay:  up to 27/hr.
• Schedule:  Full Time M-F – 40 hours per week
• Location: Hybrid – New Brunswick, NH

What's a typical day like?

• Provide logistical support for events, town halls, and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, such as campaign performance metrics, project files, and communication templates.
• Send emails and manage email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring proper targeting, segmentation, and tracking.
• Use content management systems (e.g., Unily, Axios HQ), collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), and email to help execute communications strategies.
• Support basic analytics tracking and reporting for communication initiatives.

  This job might be an outstanding fit for the following skills/experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing a degree) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a communications, operations, or project management role.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Unily). Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Basic knowledge of communication analytics and reporting (e.g., social media metrics, email open rates) is a plus.
