Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Compliance Director for a direct hire opportunity to join a trusted leader in high-quality health products and services, there mission to promote wellbeing and improve access to care, in Austin, TX.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement company-wide policies to ensure legal and ethical operations.
- Business activities, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Assess future business ventures for compliance risks and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advise colleagues on compliance issues, provide training, and address employee concerns.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Director or similar role.
- Expertise in risk management, legal requirements, and regulatory controls (particularly with OTC medications and FDA requirements).
- Familiarity with the retail pharmaceutical industry and professional standards required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Integrity and professional ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field (compliance certification is a plus).
- Competitive Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

- Availability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
- Monday-Friday (availability to work in office 1 or 2 times a month)
