Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Compliance Director for a direct hire opportunity to join a trusted leader in high-quality health products and services, there mission to promote wellbeing and improve access to care, in Austin, TX.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement company-wide policies to ensure legal and ethical operations.
• Business activities, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Assess future business ventures for compliance risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Advise colleagues on compliance issues, provide training, and address employee concerns.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Compliance Director or similar role.
• Expertise in risk management, legal requirements, and regulatory controls (particularly with OTC medications and FDA requirements).
• Familiarity with the retail pharmaceutical industry and professional standards required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field (compliance certification is a plus).
• Competitive Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

• Availability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
