Job Summary:
- Location: South Chesterfield, VA 23834
- Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
- Lead specific aspects of the project, including coordinating subcontractors and managing deliverables.
- Manage all phases of project delivery, from site and team setup to handover.
- Develop and review construction planning, monitoring progress to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Facilitate effective communication among contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and adhere to budget constraints.
- Maintain a clear focus on Health & Safety responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to solve medium-level tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with construction planning and progress monitoring tools.
