Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Construction Project Manager with Saint-Gobain NorPro, a global leader in advanced ceramics manufacturing, located in Niagara Falls, NY (6600 Walmore Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).

What's a typical day as a Construction Project Manager? You will:
  • Lead brownfield redevelopment projects, including demolition and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB).

  • Champion onsite safety, OSHA, and environmental compliance programs.

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules (MS Project), look-ahead plans, and milestones.

  • Run competitive bids, contractor selection, contracts/COs, and performance management.

  • Coordinate permits, inspections, environmental/demolition protocols, and design/constructability reviews.

  • Oversee site logistics, shutdowns, tie-ins, and protection of ongoing operations.

  • Track budgets, forecasts, risks, and change management with full transparency.

  • Lead commissioning planning, punch-list closeout, and handover of O&M/as-built documentation.

  • Communicate effectively across contractors, craft workers, plant leadership, and corporate stakeholders.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required).

  • 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, including PEMB projects.

  • OSHA-30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

  • PMP certification preferred; LEED/sustainable building experience a plus.

  • Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD (or similar), and PM/document control systems.

  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition standards, and commissioning processes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
