Kelly Services is seeking a Crystal Manufacturing Technician for a busy Electronic Manufacturer located in Orlando, FL 32804

Position Summary:

The crystal process technician will support the crystal engineering team with a variety of technician tasks.

Pay-$18-$26/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 7am-4pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Test various crystal products (i.e: Filter crystals, discrete, monolithic, MRW versions as well as round blank crystals.
  • Performs screening and qualification processes such as G-sensitivity, phase noise, vibration, shock, thermal shock, etc.
  • Fix, clean, rebuild, and update equipment assigned.
  • Creates and updates production documentation and/or procedures assigned.
  • Perform experiments as defined by engineering team keeping detailed records
  • Perform various production processes as needed to assist
  • Performs data collection and work towards statistical evaluation of processes
  • Makes data sheets per customer's requirements
  • All other assigned duties to support Crystal Engineering Dept
 
Knowledge, skills, & Abilities:
  • Understand and utilize Excel for data collection and evaluation
  • Hands on position requiring interaction among multiple disciplines.
  • Familiarity with multiple software packages such as Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to work on ITAR data without a license
Education, Experience, & Training:
  • Crystal Manufacturing Experience preferred
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Work in an office environment.
  • Perform tasks in a clean room environment
  • Minimal lifting (30 lbs.) requirements.
