Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in healthcare customer service? We are looking for a Customer Advocate II to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour 
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm  Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for researching and responding to complex inquiries via phone and written correspondence. You will serve as a vital link between our organization and healthcare providers, ensuring all interactions are handled with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve telephone and written inquiries promptly and objectively.
  • Conduct proactive provider outreach to gather necessary information.
  • Perform remote retrieval of medical records.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Make independent decisions to resolve questions and concerns quickly.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry/typing skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Analytical mindset, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with healthcare providers.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in a formal office environment.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
Work Environment & Equipment Requirements This position begins onsite in Oklahoma City with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule at the discretion of business leadership. To qualify for work-from-home, candidates must have a dedicated home office setup including:
  • Two (2) monitors (if using a desktop computer).
  • One (1) external monitor (if using a laptop).
  • Candidates without this equipment will remain fully onsite.
