Customer Order Management Specialist | Hybrid in Nashville, TN | Up to $25/hr

Pay & Schedule
•    Pay: Up to $25/hour
•    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (occasional overtime may be required)
•    Work Environment: Hybrid — work onsite 2 - 3 days, remote the rest of the week

What you'll do
•    Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order life cycle from order entry to delivery.
•    Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation, pricing, part setup, and shipping schedules.
•    Resolve complex order issues, backorders, and returns through detailed research and effective communication.
•    Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.
•    Prepare and distribute standard and customized Excel-based reports for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Support departmental goals focused on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need
•    High School Diploma required •    2+ years of experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential — candidates must be able to perform data entry, manage reports, and analyze information with accuracy.
•    Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
•    Experience with ERP/Order Management or CRM systems a plus.
•    Ability to work effectively across cultures and departments in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
