Job Title: Customer Service Account Specialist (Direct Hire)
Location: North Attleboro, MA
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Interview Format: Initial interview via Microsoft Teams

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Account Specialist to join our Refining Customer Service team in North Attleboro. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 10 or more customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact from the moment a customer is acquired through final settlement. You will be the customer's advocate—ensuring exceptional service, accurate transactions, and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through responsive and personalized service

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer transactions from lot initiation through final settlement

  • Ensure pricing terms and conditions are current and accurately reflected in all customer records

  • Proactively identify and escalate potential delays or issues to management

  • Execute and track all payments, advances, and settlements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and regional sales managers to resolve issues and streamline service

  • Educate customers on self-service tools such as the Customer Portal

  • Audit and correct account data regularly to reduce errors and enhance accuracy

  • Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while proactively managing risk

  • Provide consistent feedback to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role

  • Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
