This is a contract covering for someone on medical leave-contract length TBD

Pay: $24-26/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Alpharetta, GA must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA

What's a typical day as Customer Service Administrator II? You'll be:
- Reviewing, researching, assessing, and managing product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating with customers, dealerships, field personnel, and management to resolve issues.
- Successfully resolving product-related issues, making decisions about warranty and goodwill support.
- Supporting your supervisor by assisting with various tasks and ensuring the completion of special projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the power equipment industry.
- Possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Have excellent communication skills and technical aptitude, with knowledge of dealer sales and service operations being a plus.
