We're Hiring: Contract Treasury Management Customer Service Representative
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Contract assignment for about 3-6months
Pay Rate: $20.19/hr
Schedule: Full-time | Shifts: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm About the Role
Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for over 12,000 corporate and international clients, providing expert-level support on a wide range of Treasury Management products and services. You'll manage high-volume inbound calls daily and resolve complex issues involving ACH payments, wire transfers, file uploads, troubleshooting system, and more.
This is not your typical call center role — it's a critical, high-impact position that requires sharp technical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, supporting internal departments and external corporate clients.
- Handle inquiries from a national and global client base (including Canada, Mexico, Asia).
- Provide troubleshooting and support for sophisticated TM platforms, including Business Connect, TMC Web, mainframe/internet transmissions, and software/hardware systems.
- Use 20+ internal systems (e.g., Hogan, PEP+, TMCC, Intellect, ARP, EDI, ECIS, Account Analysis) to research and resolve issues.
- Deliver basic product training and respond to “how-to” questions for TM services.
- Recognize and escalate potential fraud risks or suspicious activity, following manual authentication procedures.
- Contribute revenue through qualified product referrals and upselling opportunities.
- Independently resolve complex customer issues with a focus on quality, compliance, and service-level metrics.
- Participate in projects such as outbound campaigns, system migrations, and general ledger account balancing.
- Maintain documentation and assist in updating procedures and process guides.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
- 3+ years in a call center, help desk, or financial services environment — 2025 experience required
- Proven technical troubleshooting skills with TM tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and online research
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Passion for problem-solving and customer-centric thinking
- Functional, analytical, and technical skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- A drive for results and attention to detail
- Strong listening and interpersonal communication
- Integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential data
- High-volume call environment (8-hour shifts)
