Logistics Customer Service
Position Summary:
Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. This position requires experience in a multiclient facility and coordination between Operations and Client Services.
Overall Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse upon the direction of Operations Client SLAs.
• Perform routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves using SAP.
• Identify and report any shortages, overages, etc.
• Complete daily operations reports with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership.
• Follow all workplace processes and standards in support of ISO-9001 Quality certification.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred: Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay dependable by maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time (6+ hours).
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Environment: Office / Warehouse Dock Environment with occasional weather exposure.
• Moderate to loud noise level.

Security Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to policies and procedures for protecting information assets, customer transaction integrity, and appropriate use of access privileges.
• Comply with all provisions of company conduct and system use policies.
• Protect company assets and confidential information according to confidentiality policies and security procedures.
• Report actual or suspected security incidents as per the Incident Reporting Process.
