Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
Shift available: office hours; 1st shift; flexible

What's a typical day as Customer Service Manager? You'll be:
• Overseeing the Customer Service team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent service delivery while reporting to leadership.
• Establishing performance standards and KPIs to meet departmental goals and mentoring staff through training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborating with Sales, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to align customer service with business needs and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and five years of customer service experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Possess strong leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
