Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17/hr, Temp to Hire

- Review and process patients' enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
- Assist patients on the phone with PAP program enrollment by verifying the pre-screening and qualifying tasks
- Notify patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and any next steps needed to continue the enrollment process
- Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider
- Communicate daily with patient/authorized representative on eligibility based on PAP criteria and healthcare providers to manage expectations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or customer-focused role
- Have one (1) year of work experience in a pharmacy or call center environment
- Demonstrate a proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service
- Are empathetic and compassionate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing situations
- Can work independently and as a member of a team
- Have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Two recent (2) years of work experience in pharmacy or high inbound Call Center
- Experience with HIPAA and patient services
