Remote Customer Service Specialist
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time – 10 month contract with possibility for extension
- Location: Remote
- Pay Rate: $27.50/hr
- Shift: 9am - 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries about repairs.
- Support a phone queue while multitasking with email support cases.
- Provide repair estimates to customers for approval or rejection.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for accurate revenue recognition.
- Manage repair order intake and approvals, covering additional regions as needed.
- Communicate guidelines and policies effectively.
- Advise accounts on ProCare programs during repair calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for urgent repair orders.
- Exemplify analytical competency and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Extensive troubleshooting and assist with team's inbox oversight.
- Assess and escalate urgent situations to leadership.
- Enter complaint information promptly for tracking.
- Maintain excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Collaborate on service contract discrepancies and educate on invoice charges.
- Liaison for technical inquiries between customers and in-house teams.
- Collect and distribute daily team metrics.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries.
- Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independently and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Must have experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Excel
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace for dedicated work hours
