Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time- 3 month temp (possible hire after contract)
- Location: De Pere, WI
- Pay Rate: $18-$22/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
