Location: Farmington, CT
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and delivering accurate, timely solutions through clear and professional communication.
You'll manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, support order and quote processing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. The position begins fully on-site for training and transitions to a hybrid schedule once training is completed. What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain a professional, courteous approach while building rapport with customers
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Enter quotes, orders, and service requests with high accuracy
- Provide order status updates, tracking information, and account support
- Utilize SAP and other CRM systems to document and process requests
- Follow established communication procedures, policies, and service standards
- Meet performance metrics, including order entry accuracy and service levels
- Partner with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- Previous customer service experience required
- Call center experience strongly preferred
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Patient, diplomatic communication style with solid problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP or CRM experience required
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College coursework or degree preferred
