Job Title: Customer Support Representative I

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM Start
Position Summary:

  • Act as the customer-facing voice, providing support and creative solutions to customer issues in an independent, remote environment.
  • Give proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes.
  • Determine when hospital requests require escalation due to complexity or urgency.
  • Solve customer complaints, document them in CRM system, and ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate collaboration between sales, customer service, distribution, and accounts receivable as needed to deliver a high service level while meeting company quality and revenue recognition policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to encourage positive business relationships.
  • Process all work according to SOPs and working practices.
  • Provide feedback to improve service levels and customer support methodology.
  • Demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude.
  • Support sales department by answering questions via phone, email, and fax.
  • Research and report answers to customer/product inquiries.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • May serve as specialized rep for CSR or POC accounts.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
