What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Assisting customers by taking orders for car transmissions over the phone and through email.
• Answering inquiries and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Entering orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Possess automotive knowledge, which is a plus but not required.
• Are detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
