Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Corning Museum of Glass. We have openings in multiple departments, providing you with diverse opportunities to be the face of the museum and offer exceptional service to guests from all around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Visitors: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for museum guests.
• Ticket Sales: Handle the sale of tickets and memberships, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Handling Cash Register: Accurately operate the cash register for sales transactions.
• Guiding Guests: Offer information about exhibits, tours, and events, and assist with directions within the museum.
• Assisting with Hands-on Projects: Help guests participate in hands-on glassmaking and other interactive projects.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
• Support Services: Assist with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Cash Handling Skills: Experience with operating a cash register is a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to assist others.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
• Availability: Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
