Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting the cilta-cel CAR-T therapy ordering process. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a select group of treatment sites, ensuring smooth and efficient order management from enrollment to infusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries related to the cilta-cel treatment ordering process and associated logistics.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the expert resource when treatment sites need help beyond the online portal.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Identify and address potential issues in treatment orders before they impact site operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex queries.
  • Site Performance: Partner with internal teams to monitor and improve site performance across the order management journey.
  • Education & Certification: Provide educational materials and onboarding support to new treatment sites, including account setup and certification tracking.

This role requires a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes in a scientific and regulated environment.
