Compensation and Schedule:
- Payrate: $18.50/hour USD
- Schedule: Business hours to support will be from 8am-11pm EST- shifts will be scheduled based on needs Monday-Sunday
- Work Location: Remote- equipment provided!
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer journey by:
Engaging with Customers: Answer live video call sessions to provide real-time product support and guidance, making every interaction feel personal and impactful.
Professional Video Presence: Maintain a clean, professional, and brand-aligned video presence, including an appropriate background and attire.
Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries using our user-friendly company systems and tools.
Personalized Recommendations: Offer tailored product recommendations that align with each customer's unique needs and preferences.
Troubleshooting: Handle product and service issues withprofessionalism and empathy, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
Documentation: Clearly document all interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance future customer interactions.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or virtual support.
- Confidence and comfort with on-camera video communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to learn and understand the full range of products our retail store offers.
- Tech-savvy with the capability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- A cheerful demeanor and a genuine willingness to provide a great customer experience.
