Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Customer Support Analyst? You'll be:

  • Acting as the liaison between Customer Support and the Commercial organization
  • Coordinating and executing commercial programs to drive growth
  • Analyzing data and reviewing order requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts
  • Preparing and delivering reports
  • Identifying and addressing opportunities for operational, financial, and technological improvements
  • Providing subject matter expertise in order management and customer master data management
  • Supporting the field sales organization

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Contracting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Customer Service/Sales & Marketing Support, preferably in the medical device industry or an FDA regulated industry
  • Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of programs such as JDE, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems, and Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM solutions
  • Have experience collaborating and working in a cross-functional team in a matrix organization
  • Have knowledge of customer service and order management activities in the healthcare environment
