Job Title: Customer Support Representative I
Location: 100% Remote (Position based out of White Plains, NY) Job Summary Join Wolters Kluwer as a Customer Support Representative! This position provides technical and application support to internal and external clients. Ideal candidates will use their strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with enterprise applications. You'll deliver superior client service via phone, email, chat, and remote system access. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical application support to clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve product and application issues.
  • Utilize clear and concise communication and documentation for all client interactions.
  • Work across teams to resolve complex procedural and operational cases.
  • Escalate issues requiring additional expertise.
  • Apply independent judgment and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Develop product expertise and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hourly Rate
  • $20, Contractor, 40 hours per week
