What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative II? You'll be:
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues through social media, email, and websites
- Documenting each customer interaction to ensure accurate records
- Monitoring social media channels to respond promptly to support requests
- Ensuring that outbound content meets quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve support processes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Possess strong written communication skills
- Have at least 6 months of customer service/support experience
- Are comfortable using consumer software applications
- Are proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Have strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Are willing to work occasional holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using social media for business purposes
- Background in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
- Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field
